As per the SARS Bulletin Board they are currently experiencing delays, with regards to EDI submissions.

This is delaying all customs clearances, for all importers and all clearing agents for air, sea and road. The situation is being monitored and SAAFF along with our partners are working around the clock to get this resolved with SARS.
